Alboraya, a community just north of Valencia, sets out to develop its mediterranean coast: a coastal park with a convention centre on the urban end and a holiday resort on the northern end.
The main volumes of the convention centre are split apart to form a gap connecting two multifunctional spaces: the more urban entrance space and the open seaterrace.
The seaside park is formed as a comb to tightly knit the beach area with the park functions like sport, gathering and services.
