14 compact volumes of one to three units are strategically placed on a slope towards a beautiful lake in the centre of Poland. The houses are placed in a way to assure the maximum of views to the lake for all of them. Extensive roofterraces serve as a substitute for surrounding gardens which are reduced to a minimum in order to preserve most of the slopes vegetation.
